What constitutes a cell site referral
There are several variables that constitute a referral, in short, a referral can be any piece of information that leads CSN to do business* with a cell site landowner or building lessor.
Here is what CSN looks for
- Cellular Tower Landowner name and/or address and/or phone number.
- Building lessor name and/or address and/or phone number. (a building with cellular antennae attached or a business with a tower on its property.)
- Church or Non-profit name and/or address and/or phone number that owns property with a cellular tower on it or has cellular antennae attached.
- Local Municipality direct contact name and address and phone number. The direct contact must be responsible for handling the current cellular tower lease.
Ways to Get Referrals
There are infinite amounts of ways to get referrals but here are few things you can try.
Talk to Everyone - Many people know cell site landowners or they know someone that knows a cell site landowner. The more people you talk to the more possibility of landing a cell site referral. Use it as a conversation piece.
Public Records - Many cell phone towers must be registered by the FCC depending on height of cellular tower and location. Try this link http://wireless.fcc.gov/. And or go to your local county office and look up the cell site landowners. Many times you will find easements, rights of ways or even the contract in the public record.
Deliver the CSN letter - Chances are, you will start to notice more cellular towers in the area you live. Many of these will be on a business property or home property. Simply drop off our CSN letter. Be sure to abide by local, state and federal laws in the area you live in. To get our CSN letter you can download and print it from our website or Cell Site Negotiation LLC will send them to your home address for distribution.
Be Creative - Do not limit your search to the ways mentioned above. There is no limit on the amount of referrals that you can submit and no limit to the ways you can get them.
How You Get Paid
If Cell Site Negotiation LLC does business* with your qualified referral then you will receive $100.00 a month for 12 months.
If you submit 10 referrals and CSN does business* with 5 cell tower landowners, you just earned $500 a month for 12 months!
CSN will also send you Cell Site Negotiation LLC apparel once you have two or more contracted qualified referrals.
