Who I Am
I founded Cell Site Negotiation LLC in 2007 because I saw a need for more options in dealing with cell tower and wireless phone companies. In a relatively new industry CSN seeks to provide the best alternative for landowners and lease holders.
Having worked for one of the major cellular tower companies in the United States, I have first hand experience in reviewing contracts, negotiating payments and reconciling cell tower lease revenue. CSN wants to ensure cellular site landowners and building lease owners make the most of their leases.
