Cell Site Negotiation

Congratulations! Not many landowners and building owners get approached by cell tower companies or cellular phone companies to construct a cell phone tower or cell phone antennae.  Many people would like a cell phone tower on their property and for good reason,: an additional source of income.  That's why many people feel like they hit the lottery when they get approached.

But there is a very good reason they approached YOU.  Here are some reasons;

Location:  Your tower land or building is in a great location in relation to height, population, usage and distance from another tower.

Safety:  Your land or building may provide the safety that the cell tower company or cell phone company is looking for.  Why invest hundreds of thousands of dollars if the owner backs out of the contract after a short amount of time.

Regulations:  Your land or building may be zoned for cell tower construction already or it may be able to very easily.  FCC regulations may allow easier construction and additionally the legal risks may be lower in your area or on your building.

Unfortunately many cell site landowners and building owners did not fully understand the cell site lease when they signed it and are stuck in a 99 year lease getting paid only $250 a month.  While that amount might sound like a good deal, the fact of the matter is that many sites are worth much more. Cell Tower companies do not want to tell you about things like inflation, increasing site value, and its actual, current value.

Do not let that happen to you. Maximize your site value by having CSN negotiate with these companies and offer you a lump sum or monthly payment.  There are termination, easement, duration, escalation, maintenance and many more clauses that are all variables in negotiation of a cellular lease.  If they are not outlined in the lease agreement than you may be taken advantage of.  Let Cell Site Negotiation manage the lease negotiation for you.
